We aim to respond to your enquiry as soon as possible. However, please allow 24 – 48 hours for us to get back to you.

Shopping With Us

Pre Order items are on order from our manufacturer. They will have an extended lead time (typically between 4 and 8 weeks) which will be specified in description of product. Your item will dispatch after this date. We will aim to do this as soon as possible. However, due to the volume of orders received, please allow 1-2 weeks for dispatch.

Items ordered in the same order as your pre-ordered item will be held until we can send your complete order. If you require you in stock items earlier, we recommend placing them in a separate order.

Although rare, delays in production and/or manufacturing, may occur. This will be communicated to you if applicable.

We aim to have your orders dispatched as soon as possible. However, due to the volume of orders received please note that you order could take 1-2 weeks to dispatch.

Once you have submitted your order, it will display as ‘Processing’ while we work to prepare your order. Once you have submitted your order, it will display as ‘Processing’, while we work to prepare your order.

When your order is ‘Completed’, this means that your order has left us for delivery and is now on its way to you.

Returns and Refunds

Please choose carefully as we do accept returns or cancellations for change mind.

In the event of a faulty item, we will provide a replacement or where that is not possible a refund will be issued.

Refunds will be issued using your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Exceptions/ Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Shipping

Please check that that you have entered your postal address correctly. Lost or re-directed parcels will be the customer’s expense.

All orders will be shipped via Australia Post.  Once we have dispatched your order, the shipping time is not within our control. 

Tracking will be sent directly to your email, via Australia Post. Unfortunately, sometimes these emails will end up in your junk folder, so please check if you would like to follow your orders progress.

You can use your Australia Post email to track the location of your order. In the event that your order shows significant delays or no updates please contact Australia Post to lodge an enquiry.
